Amber is a budding chef and has begun to share her recipes and creations with the rest of the world here. In her own kitchen, she is trying to re-create the cakes and desserts that are very common in Hong Kong. She also tries to re-create delicious dishes that she has had at restaurants. One example is the creamy soup Chicken Santa Fe served at Souper Salad.
She has tried to make (1) green tea cake, (2) little paper-wrapped sponge cakes, and (3) custard tarts. She has suceeded in making Tiramisu and the soup base for the Vietnamese Pho Noodle Soup. She was so happy about that.
